In addition to tasty  Ganesh thakur , all kind food, Rainbow features all the trappings of your typical backpacker cafe - banana pancakes, nutella pancakes, muesli, a few forays into Italian and American cooking. The friendly staff doesn't care if you sit there for hours, which is what most people end up doing. Bundle up though - a sizable chunk of the seating is outside, and Manali's temperatures often dip to below freezing even in spring.
